    Log in to the customizer, open Themes and scroll the gallery. Each card shows the sidebar, accent and login it ships with.

    Apply a theme and a UI kit

    Click a theme to load it into the live preview, then try UI kits over it. Nothing reaches GoHighLevel until you publish.

  3. 03

    Brand it

    Add your logo, brand colour and font, and check dark mode. The preview shows both the sub-account and the agency view.

    Publish

    Press publish. If the one-line install is already in GoHighLevel, every account picks up the new theme on its next page load.

Themes questions

What is a GHL theme?
A GHL theme is a complete visual style for the GoHighLevel interface: sidebar, header, page background, cards, buttons, type and login page in one package. In the customizer you apply one with a click and it reaches every sub-account through a single line of code in your white-label settings.
How many themes and UI kits come with the account?
Every package includes all 27 themes and all 11 UI kits. You are not buying one theme: you can switch between them, mix any kit with any theme and change your mind as often as you like.
Does dark mode work with every theme?
Yes. Dark mode is a setting on top of the theme with its own colour pairs for surfaces, borders and text, so it is not an inverted filter. You choose whether your accounts start in light or dark.
Will a theme change how GoHighLevel works?
No. Themes change appearance only. Menus, workflows, conversations and every other feature behave exactly as before, and switching the theme off returns the stock look.
Is this the same as writing my own GHL custom CSS?
It replaces it. The customizer generates and maintains the CSS for you, including the parts that are painful to get right by hand such as dark mode, modals and tables. If you still want your own rules, there is an advanced box for custom CSS and JS.
Can different sub-accounts use different themes?
The theme you publish applies agency-wide by default. HQ Command adds sub-account self-service, and the extra workspaces in the higher packages let you keep separate setups for separate brands.
What does "GoHighLevel white label theme" mean here?
It means your agency branding replaces the default look everywhere your clients see the software: inside the sub-account, in the agency view and on the login page at your white-label domain.
