Hire a GoHighLevel VA who already knows the build

A GoHighLevel virtual assistant, dedicated to your agency, doing the day-to-day account work an agency owner should not be doing: building sub-accounts, loading snapshots, wiring calendars and A2P, moving pipelines, chasing the small requests that arrive from clients every afternoon.

SVC-01 // THE BRIEF

What this actually is

A GoHighLevel VA is a trained operator who works inside your agency account on a monthly retainer, under your brand, doing the platform work your team does not have time for. The distinction that matters when you hire one: a general VA has to be taught GoHighLevel on your account and your clients, and a GHL VA has already built the thing you are asking for.

Ours come from this desk. They have loaded the snapshots in this library into live sub-accounts, filed A2P registrations, and untangled a workflow that was firing twice. That is the difference between delegating a task and delegating an outcome.

The engagement covers the work inside GoHighLevel: sub-account creation and configuration, snapshot loading and rewiring, calendar and pipeline changes, A2P and email setup, campaign scheduling, small automation builds, list hygiene and reporting. It is deliberately the same scope our installation work covers, extended over a month instead of a day, which is also why it is the route the scope block points at when a client keeps asking for "just one more thing".

Third-party integrations, custom API work and software development stay outside it, on any plan. Those are engineering with a written spec and a quote — see integrations and API work — and pretending a VA retainer covers them is how both sides end up disappointed.

What you get

  • One named GoHighLevel VA, dedicated to your agency, not a shared pool
  • A set number of hours a month, tracked and reported, with the log visible to you
  • Sub-account creation, snapshot loading and per-client rewiring
  • A2P/10DLC filings and email domain setup for new sub-accounts
  • Calendar, pipeline, workflow and custom-value changes on request
  • Campaign scheduling, list hygiene and monthly reporting to your template
  • White-label by default — your brand on every asset, document and recording
  • A weekly written summary of what moved, and what is waiting on you

SVC-02 // PROCESS

Four stages, with named gates

Every stage has an owner and an exit condition. Nothing moves forward on a hunch that it is probably fine.

  1. 01

    Scope the week

What actually lands on your desk in a normal week, and which of it is GoHighLevel work. We write it down before anyone is assigned.

  2. 02

    Match and introduce

A named VA with the relevant build history, introduced on a call with you rather than allocated by email.

  3. 03

    Access and runbook

Scoped agency access, a written runbook for how your accounts are named and structured, and the escalation path when something is ambiguous.

  4. 04

    Run and report

Weekly written summaries, a visible hours log, and a monthly review where the scope gets adjusted to what you actually needed.

SVC-04 // QUESTIONS

About gohighlevel va

What is a GoHighLevel VA?
A GoHighLevel VA is a virtual assistant trained specifically on GoHighLevel, who works inside your agency account doing platform work — building and configuring sub-accounts, loading snapshots, wiring calendars and pipelines, filing A2P registrations and scheduling campaigns. The difference from a general VA is that they do not have to be taught the platform on your clients.
Do they work under our brand?
Yes, white-label by default. Your client sees your agency on every asset, document, recording and email. If you would rather introduce them as part of your team on client calls, that is fine too.
What is not included?
Third-party integrations, third-party software and custom software development. Those are quoted separately as engineering work with a written spec, on this and every plan — see integrations and API work. Sales and cold outreach are also out of scope; this is build and operations.
How do we know what the hours went on?
A visible hours log and a written weekly summary of what moved and what is waiting on you. If a month runs short we say so rather than finding filler.
Can we start with a snapshot instead?
Often you should. If the need is "get this client live", a snapshot plus our free installation is cheaper and faster than a retainer. The VA makes sense once the recurring platform work across several clients is the bottleneck.
