What is your refund policy?

Snapshots are digital configuration delivered immediately, so they are non-refundable once the share link is opened. If a snapshot does not do what this site says it does, tell us and we will either fix it or refund it. Services are refundable pro-rata against work not yet delivered.

How is support delivered?

Every purchase includes email support on the snapshot itself. All-access members and service clients get a private channel with a named build lead and a same-business-day first response.

Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?

Yes. We are not a GoHighLevel reseller and nothing here includes a platform subscription. You need at least an agency-level plan to receive and install snapshots.

Can I pay in instalments for a service?

Onboarding and custom builds are split 50% to start and 50% at handover as standard. Longer schedules are available on custom builds over $8,000.

Can I install one snapshot into multiple sub-accounts?

Yes. Every purchase includes an agency licence: unlimited sub-accounts inside your own GoHighLevel agency, for your own clients, for as long as you hold the agency account.

Can I resell the snapshot itself?

No. You may deliver the configuration to your clients as part of your service and charge whatever you like for that. You may not distribute, resell or repackage the snapshot as a snapshot, and you may not list it on another marketplace.
