CREW-01 // THE MENU

Eight services. Fixed scope, stated turnaround.

Everything below has a written deliverables list and a price on the page. If a project does not fit one of these, the honest answer is usually a custom build rather than a bent scope.

CREW-1B // SCOPE

What a snapshot licence covers, and what we quote for

Two lists, both short. Knowing which side of the line a request sits on before anyone starts work is what keeps a relationship from souring six weeks in.

IN THE BOX

Included with the snapshot

  • The snapshot and everything inside itImport problems, trigger logic, workflow branches, pipeline stages, calendar behaviour, custom values, template copy — if it shipped in the snapshot, it is ours to make work.
  • Adding to what is already thereWant two more automations on top of the set, a fifth reminder, an extra pipeline stage, a different cadence? That is a conversation, not a quote.
  • Tuning it to how the client actually worksRewiring branches, changing timings, re-scoping a sequence to a different service line. Adjustment inside the snapshot is part of owning it.

SCOPED SEPARATELY

Quoted, or run by a dedicated VA

  • Third-party integrationsAnything that has to talk to a system outside GoHighLevel — a field service platform, a PMS, a booking engine, an accounting stack.
  • Third-party API workCustom endpoints, webhook middleware, data sync jobs, anything that needs its own credentials, error handling and uptime.
  • Custom software developmentPortals, dashboards, apps and anything built outside the platform. Real engineering with a real spec behind it.

The line is simple and we hold it in both directions: inside the snapshot is included, outside the platform is scoped and quoted — or handed to a GoHighLevel VA on a monthly rate if you would rather it just got done. You always know which side of the line you are on before any work starts. The quoted route is integrations and API work; the retained route is a GoHighLevel VA.

What it is like to work with the desk

Sample
Placeholder text showing how a review reads on this page. Real reviews from agencies running the HVAC snapshot will replace this entry once they are collected and permissioned.
Sample reviewAgency owner, Preview entry

on HVAC Contractor Snapshot

Sample
Preview copy for the dental snapshot review slot. It is deliberately written as filler rather than as a testimonial, because an invented testimonial is a lie and a slow layout is only an inconvenience.
Sample reviewPractice manager, Preview entry

on Dental Practice Snapshot

Sample
A preview card in the legal snapshot review position. It carries no claim about results, because no real deployment is being described here.
Sample reviewManaging partner, Preview entry

on Law Firm Snapshot

Sample
A second four-star placeholder so the wall does not read as a wall of fives before a single real review has been collected.
Sample reviewOwner, Preview entry

on Gym & Fitness Studio Snapshot

Sample
Placeholder text in the position a customer review will occupy. Nothing here describes a real deployment; it exists so the layout, the star rating and the avatar can be reviewed before real reviews arrive.
Sample reviewOperations lead, Preview entry

on Plumbing Company Snapshot

Sample
Placeholder entry showing a four-star card, so the difference between ratings is visible in the wall before real reviews land here.
Sample reviewClinic director, Preview entry

on Chiropractic Clinic Snapshot

Sample
Filler copy for the mortgage snapshot review slot, present so the three-column wall renders with the right rhythm ahead of real reviews.
Sample reviewPrincipal broker, Preview entry

on Mortgage Broker Snapshot

Sample
Preview copy in the restaurant snapshot review position. It describes nothing and claims nothing; it holds the space until a real review exists.
Sample reviewGeneral manager, Preview entry

on Restaurant Owner Snapshot

Sample
A placeholder card for the roofing snapshot. When a real agency gives us a review with permission to publish their name, it will appear in this slot and the sample marker will disappear.
Sample reviewFounder, Preview entry

on Roofing Company Snapshot

Sample
Placeholder text for the spa and wellness snapshot. Real customer words will replace it; until then this card is marked as a sample everywhere it appears.
Sample reviewStudio owner, Preview entry

on Spa & Wellness Centre Snapshot

Sample
Placeholder review for the agency snapshot. When real ones arrive they go in this file, the sample marker switches off, and the review structured data switches on with them.
Sample reviewAgency director, Preview entry

on Digital Marketing Agency Snapshot

Sample
Placeholder entry for the SaaS snapshot. Real reviews replace these one for one, and the flag at the top of this file turns the schema on at the same moment.
Sample reviewHead of growth, Preview entry

on SaaS Company Snapshot

These are sample entries, not customer reviews. The wall is live and waiting: we publish a review only once a real agency gives us one with their name on it and permission to use it. Nothing here is presented to search engines as a rating.

CREW-03 // QUESTIONS

How the engagement works

Scope, white-labelling, inherited accounts and retainers.

Book a build call
What is the difference between installation and onboarding?
Installation is one snapshot into one sub-account, rewired to one client, in 72 hours. Onboarding is your whole agency account — branding, domains, deliverability, phone, roles, snapshots and training — over 14 business days.
Do you work white-label under our brand?
Yes, and most of this work is delivered that way. We can stay entirely invisible to your client, including on recorded training and handover documentation.
Can you fix an account someone else built?
We start with a fixed-fee audit, because inheriting an undocumented build without looking at it first is how agencies end up paying twice. The audit fee comes off the remediation quote.
Do you offer ongoing management?
A monthly retainer covers build changes, new campaigns, monitoring and priority support across your accounts. It is a separate agreement from any one-time service, and we will tell you if you do not need it yet.
