A customizer package is a self-serve account, not a snapshot: there is no share link and no install session. The account is created the moment Stripe confirms payment and your login is emailed within minutes, at most 24 hours. You customise GoHighLevel in the live editor and paste one line into your white-label settings. How the customizer works.
MFT-02 // NOTHING IS ADDED AT THE TILL
There is no install add-on to tick, no rush-delivery fee and no licence upgrade waiting on the next screen. Installation is free on every order:12 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 10 days of purchase. The only number that changes between here and Stripe is tax, if your country charges it.
The line does not move, in either direction. Inside GoHighLevel and inside the snapshot is on the work order and costs nothing. Outside the platform is scoped, quoted and agreed before anyone starts. If you want the inside-the-platform work every week rather than once, that is a dedicated GoHighLevel VA on a monthly rate, not a bigger install. That work is quoted separately at integrations and API work, and it is never added to an order without you asking for it.

What the price on the docket actually buys
Identical on every snapshot in the library, whatever the line is worth. Price tracks how deep a vertical goes, never how much of the system you get.

Your share link lands within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. No weekend deliveries — a Friday-afternoon order lands on Monday. It is prepared by a person against your account, which is why it is measured in business hours and not minutes.

All sales are final. An order is non-refundable once it has been created and the snapshot link has been sent. A snapshot is a share link into a fully configured GoHighLevel account. The moment it reaches you, you have it — there is nothing to hand back and no way to un-see a build. That is why every spec page sets out exactly what is inside before you spend anything, and why we will get on a call and open the account with you first if you want one.
