What this actually is
Deliverability, phone registration and white-label configuration are the three things that quietly destroy a GoHighLevel agency. They are also the three things nobody wants to spend a week on.
Agency account setup is that week, done by people who have configured several hundred of these. We set up your agency domain and DNS, authenticate your sending properly, register your A2P brand and campaigns, configure white-label including the mobile app and the login domain, and build the user roles so a VA cannot delete a workflow.
If you are running SaaS mode we also configure the plans, rebilling and the sub-account provisioning flow, so onboarding a client is a form submission rather than a forty-minute manual build.

How long does A2P approval take?
Brand approval is usually fast; campaign approval varies from a day to a fortnight depending on use case and carrier. We write the use-case language, submit, and chase — but we do not control the timeline and will not pretend to.
Will this fix an existing deliverability problem?
The audit will tell you what is wrong. If the problem is configuration, this fixes it. If the problem is that a previous campaign burned the domain, the honest answer is a new sending domain and a warm-up, which we will set up.
