What is the difference between the three packages?
HQ Basic brands GoHighLevel: themes, UI kits, dark mode, layout and login designs. HQ Command adds the tools your team works in: mega menus, a quick menu, dashboard and pipeline designers and the contact actions bar. HQ Empire adds popups, notifications, calculators and floating widgets with leads into GoHighLevel, and a white-label editor.
How fast do I get access?
The account is created automatically when Stripe confirms the payment, and the login email usually arrives within minutes. If anything delays it, the team sets it up by hand within 24 hours.
Can I move up a package later?
Yes. Contact the desk with your order reference and the account email, and we will move the account to the higher package and tell you the cost before anything is charged.
What are workspaces, templates and allowed domains?
A workspace holds one complete setup, typically one brand. Saved templates are designs you keep for reuse. Allowed domains are the domains your install line is permitted to run on, such as your white-label app domain and websites.
What does version history do?
It keeps your previous saves so you can roll a setup back if a change does not work out. HQ Basic keeps the last 5, the other packages the last 10.
Is there a refund?
All sales are final once the account has been created, as with every order on this site. Use the live previews on these pages to check the designs first, or book a call with the desk.
Do I pay tax?
Prices are in USD. Where your country charges tax on digital services, Stripe adds it on the payment page before you pay.
Can I buy a customizer account and a snapshot together?
Yes. Both go through the same manifest and checkout. The snapshot follows its own delivery and installation terms; the customizer login is emailed automatically.
Who sees the white-label editor in HQ Empire?
You and your team. The editor itself carries your logo, colours and name, which matters if clients or contractors log in to it with you.
