Pipelines questions

Can I change how the GoHighLevel opportunities board looks?
Yes. The customizer restyles the opportunities board with one of its board designs: lanes, stage headers, cards and colours. Your pipelines, stages and deals stay exactly as they are in GoHighLevel.
How are stage colours chosen?
By column position. The first stage gets the first colour, the second the next, and so on, so pipelines with different stage names still read the same way.
How many pipeline designs are there?
12 board designs, all included from HQ Command upwards.
Does it work on every pipeline in every sub-account?
Yes. The design is applied by the installed script, so it reaches every pipeline in every sub-account under your white-label domain.
Will drag and drop still work?
Yes. Moving cards between stages works exactly as before; only the appearance changes.
Can I use a dark board with a light theme?
You can combine any board design with any theme. The preview shows both together so you can check the contrast before publishing.
Is the pipeline designer in HQ Basic?
No. It starts at HQ Command. HQ Basic is themes, UI kits, dark mode and login designs.
Does this help GHL pipeline performance?
It does not change how GoHighLevel processes opportunities. It makes the board easier to read, which is about speed for the people using it.
