What this actually is
A snapshot is a template, not a finished account. Imported and left alone it will send emails signed by the wrong company, book into a calendar nobody owns, and fire SMS from a number that is not registered.
Snapshot installation is the gap between those two states. We import, then rewire: business details, sending identity, phone provisioning, calendar ownership, pipeline stage names, custom values, and every piece of placeholder copy in every template.
Then we test it the way a customer would — submit the form, receive the SMS, book the slot, move the pipeline stage, check the automation fired — and send you a recording of that test so you can show the client it works.

Can you install a snapshot I bought somewhere else?
Usually. We audit it first — a fixed fee that comes off the install price — because a snapshot we have not built can carry broken triggers we would otherwise inherit blame for.
Do you handle A2P 10DLC registration?
We prepare and submit the registration and chase it, but approval times are the carrier’s, not ours. We will tell you honestly where that sits before you promise a client a launch date.
